Instructions
Step 1
Cut tofu into thick squares, pat-dry with a kitchen towel.
Step 2
Finely chop the spring onion and garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients for the sauce.
Step 3
In a pan, fry the tofu until crispy from both sides.
Step 4
Add the onion slices (opional) and sauce, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Step 5
Finally drizzle with a some toasted sesame oil. Serve with some rice, or however you like and enjoy!
