Instructions
Step 1
Slice tofu into bite-sized pieces, and dry out any excess water with a paper towel.
Step 2
Dice onions, green onions and fresh chili.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, sugar, sesame oil, diced onions, green onions and chopped chili.
Step 4
On medium heat, drizzle oil, place tofu and cook for 2-3 mins on each side.
Step 5
Pour the sauce on top of the tofu slices.
Step 6
Add water and let it cook until water + sauce 80% evaporates (5-7 mins)
Step 7
Transfer on to a plate and enjoy :)
