Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms thinly.



Step 2
Finely mince the garlic.



Step 3
Cut the sausages in half horizontally and vertically.



Step 4
Add the salt and pepper then sauté the garlic, mushrooms and sausages on low-medium.









Step 5
Toast the English muffins in the toaster.

Step 6
Butter the muffins then spread on a layer of pesto.




Step 7
Remove the mushrooms and sausages once the mushrooms are soft and the sausages are golden.




Step 8
Place the mushrooms and sausages on the bottom bun then place on the top bun.
