Instructions

Step 1
To a large pot or Dutch oven add the oil and onion, cook until soft over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the turkey, break up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Add the seasonings, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir, bring to a boil, lower to a simmer. Add the beans and simmer 30-45 minutes.
Step 2
Spoon into bowl and top with your favorites like cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, green onions, avocado, cilantro, or sour cream.
