Instructions

Step 1
Add crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil tahini, cumin and salt to blender and blend to combine. Scrape down sides of blender. Drain can of chickpeas and save aquafaba in separate container. Rince chickpeas and add half to blender and blend. Scrape down sides and add other half of chickpeas. Add aquafaba and salt to get desired consistency and taste.
