Chef Brandon's Easy Hummus
3 steps
Prep:5min
My simple Hummus recipe is great for the many of you who don't want to spend $4-$8 for 4-8oz of pre-made Hummus. This recipe takes about 5 minutes, makes up to 20oz of Hummus for around $4, and you can even use a blender instead of a food processor

Step 1
Open and drain 2 cans of chic peas or 30oz. Then add to Food processor or Blender.

Step 2
Add 1/4 cup of olive oil, and slowly start to blend together.
Step 3
Continue to slowly and casually add seasonings and olive oil until you get the consistency desired. Make sure to pause blending to remove mixture from sides of food processor/blender if necessary, pushing the mixture down with a rubber spatula towards the blades.
