Ingredients

1 Tbsextra virgin olive oil
4cloves garlic
minced
2onions
large, chopped
12 ozmushrooms
chopped
2tomatoes
large, chopped
1red bell pepper
diced
1green bell pepper
diced
1 cupfresh cilantro
chopped
2 Tbsdried oregano
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 lbJarlsberg cheese
shredded
14 oztuna in olive oil
canned
6 ozbowtie pasta
cooked
16 ozfrozen peas
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Step 2
Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent.
Step 3
Add mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, and peas. Cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms begin to brown.
Step 4
Add spices and stir well to combine.
Step 5
Toss mixture with cheese, peas, tuna, and pasta.
Step 6
Pour into greased backing dish and bake covered for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
