For the masala ( crush garlic, add water and add the dried spices to it)

1 tspturmeric powder

1 tspred chilli powder

4 tspdhaniya powder

½ tspjeera powder

½ tspblack pepper powder

¼ tspblack cardamom powder

½ tspmeat masala
For tadka
Instructions
Step 1

Heat oil and add the hing and onions. Fry till brown
Step 2

Add the masala mixture and cook till it leaves oil
Step 3

Add in the boiled dry cauliflower and boiled potatoes
Step 4
Add salt to taste
Step 5

Add a bit of water, cover and let it all soak in.
