Instructions
Step 1
1. Wash bean sprouts. Cut half onion into strips. Cut green onion into half strips. Buy rice noodle same day you are making recipe. Don’t put in fridge. Cut beef into slices. Season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, baking soda, corn starch, sugar. Mix well. Add 1/2 tsp oil, and add sesame oil to meat.
Step 2
Make sauce in bowl. Mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Mix.
Step 3
Heat pan over high heat and add oil to pan. Add beef. Let beef pan fry. Add onion and green onion stems. Stir fry everything until beef is medium cooked. Transfer everything to a bowl. Add oil to pan. Add rice noodle. Don’t stir noddle now. Let them pan fry a bit. Todd rice noodles. Add sauce little bit at a time. Add beef and onions back to pan. Toss everything. Then add bean sprouts and green onion and black pepper.
