Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in a skillet over medium low heat.

Step 2
If using frozen corn, cook it according to the package instructions. If using canned corn, drain and rinse it.

Add it to the buttered skillet.

Mix in Japanese mayo and hot sauce until evenly distributed.


Step 5
Sprinkle both the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the corn mixture in the skillet. Mix well to ensure the cheese is evenly distributed.


Step 6
Continue cooking over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is heated through.
Step 7
Transfer the cheesy corn to a serving dish and enjoy it immediately as a delicious stovetop side dish or snack.
