Sweet, Spiced Rosemary and Maple Salmon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Next, while you're waiting for the oven to heat, whisk together the maple, soy sauce, orange juice, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.

Place the salmon flesh-side down in the maple sauce. Let sit 15 minutes. As you wait, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove the salmon from the maple sauce and transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Add a few pinches of rosemary seasoning on top. Place sheet pan in the oven.

Roast 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and has reached your desired doneness.

As the salmon roasts, pour the remaining maple sauce into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the sauce has reduced into a glaze.

Remove salmon from oven and drizzle the glaze over the top of the fish. Add a handful of sesame seeds for an extra crunch. Pair it with a few fall-forward vegetables, such as roasted carrots or broccolini.
