The sauce
Step 1
This is the most important part of this recipe. You mix about 1 liter chicken stock with soya sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, smoked paprika powder and sweet soya sauce. Personally I like to put my chilli flakes in now so the sauce can take all of the good flavours.
Vegetable+ chicken
Step 2
Before you get anything else going, put the rice on so you have it when you are serving this meal.Now we are cutting the vegetables up and the same with the chicken. Mostly I use chicken thighs when I make this recipe. Get them in even sized pieces. When you have done this get your wok on high heat. Use some oil and brown your chicken. Take them out of the pan and then brown your vegetables. Put the chicken back into the pan and then put your sauce in, bring it to a boil and see how tick it is. If it is too thin use some maizena. Maizena has to be mixed in to either into a small cup with some of the sauce or mixed in to water. Mostly I use water.

When the sauce has thickened then your wok is done. Serving with your favourite rice on the side. Enjoy!
