Satay chicken with Asian slaw

Instructions

Step 1
Make the sauce by mixing the almond butter, soy sauce and lime juice with 4 tbsp of water
Step 2
Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan, season the chicken with salt and pepper then fry for approx 6min
Step 3
Meanwhile crate the cabbage and carrot into a bowl and add finely chopped red chilli.
Step 4
Sprinkle in the sesame seeds and remaining lime juice and mix well.
Step 5
Once the chicken is cooked pour in the satay sauce and simmer until chicken is fully cooked
Step 6
Serve and pile slaw on the side
