Instructions

Cook Rice
Step 2
Cut salmon into bite size pieces
Step 3
Chop cucumber, avocado and cilantro and set aside
Step 4
Mix soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, rice vinegar, sesame oil and garlic
Step 5
Drizzle some of soy sauce mixture over sliced salmon. Set aside the rest of the sauce for serving with meal.
Step 6
Place salmon pieces in air fryer and fry for 10 mins at 400 °F.
Step 7
Mix mayo and Sriracha and set aside.
Step 8
To serve add rice, then salmon, top with avocado, cucumber, sesame seeds, Sriracha mayo, soy sauce mixture and cilantro if desired.
