Step 1
Begin by creating the pork sauce. In a bowl, add 3 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1/2 Tbsp of Oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1/4 Tbsp of minced ginger and cracked pepper. Mix.

Step 2
Add your pork belly slices into the bowl. Massage the meat with the sauce. Cover with wrap and leave it in the fridge to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3
While your meat is marinating, slice 1/4 onions and 1/2 stalk of green onions.

Step 4
Turn on heat to high. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of cooking oil. Then drop in your marinated meat. Cook evenly until meat is fully cooked. Toss in your chopped onions and green onions and cook for 1 more minute.
Step 5
Enjoy with lettuce and with a bowl of rice!
