Ingredients
6 servings

2 blockmarinated tofu
cubed

200gred cabbage
chopped to bite-sized pieces

1bell pepper
chopped

vegetable oil
for frying

1red onion
sliced

5garlic cloves
sliced

fish sauce
to taste

Siracha
to taste

rice vinegar
to taste

sesame oil
to taste

2eggs
beaten

1lime juiced
For the rice
Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare all the ingredients and boil the rice.
Step 2
Heat up some vegetable oil in a wok and add the onions, cooking until fragnant. Add the eggs and scramble until they’re cooked.
Step 3
Add half of the red cabbage, bell pepper and tofu to the wok. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the boiled rice and the sesame oil, fish sauce, rice vinegar and the siracha. I like to add more fish sauce than the other dressings.
Step 5
Add the rest of the vegetables and tofu and let it simmer on a low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Add the lime juice, stir and serve hot.
