Step 1
Season chuck roast and sear on all sides

Mix and season brown gravy mix with initial seasonings plus parsley, and cornstarch. Put chuck roast in crockpot with onion, garlic, brown gravy mix, and butter.









Step 3
Cook on high for 6 hours. * At 4 hours in, add the potatoes and baby carrots.


Step 4
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
