Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 fan
Step 2
Mix the broccoli, olives, sundried tomatoes, 1 tbsp of from the tomatoes, sea salt in a roasting tin. Transfer to the oven and roast for 15 mins
Step 3
Meanwhile bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta. Drain, reserving some pasta water
Step 4
Throw the pine nuts onto the broccoli mix, roast for a further 10 mins until the broccoli is nicely charred and cooked through
Step 5
Mix immediately with the pasta, basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil and pasta water
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve
