Sauté the Ingredients in oil. I used coconut oil. I start with the onions and mushrooms (cut into quarters). Then add the potatoes cut into cubes (I pre steamed the potatoes) and the brussel sprouts, quartered. Add the kielbasa, cut into 1/4 inch rounds. Cook for 15 minutes medium to medium high or until the brussel sprouts and potatoes are cooked through. Add half cup of cream and 2 tablespoons of mustard and whisk together. Pour this into the skillet and heat down to medium low. Stir in and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated thru.
