High Protein Korean Beef Fried Rice! Only 550 Calories!π₯©ππ₯
Truly one of the easiest and most delicious meal preps, packed with flavour and so easy to make. The Korean Spicy Sauce is INCREDIBLE!

Ingredients (for 4 portions)
- 750g Lean Beef Mince (I use topside beef one of the leanest cuts)
- 80g Low Sodium Soy Sauce (You can mix light and dark soy sauce with water)
- 25g Honey
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 30g Gochujang (Brand: Huaypo)
- 10ml Sesame Oil
- Sesame Seeds
- Green Onion
For the Fried Rice
- 10ml Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion chopped
- 1 Carrot Grated
- 3-4 Whole Eggs (can use egg whites)
- 500g Cooked White Rice
- 1/2 of the Sauce
- Green Onion
Spicy Korean Sauce
- 50g Light Mayo
- 20g Gochujang
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 10g Rice Vinegar

Important Cooking Notes
- When making the sauce, use half of it for the beef and the other half for the fried rice. You can add extra soy sauce if needed. To add more volume to the sauce mix a little water with the sauce
- When cooking the beef, make sure most of the water has evaporated before adding the sauce. Let it cook with the sauce for a few mins till golden brown and crispy
- You can use egg whites instead of whole eggs. Cook the egg on low heat till scrambled
- When adding sauce to the rice, make sure itβs well combined and cook for 3-4 mins before adding the beef
