Quick garlic turmeric rice

Ingredients
2 servings
6garlic cloves
0.5yellow onion
80gbrocoli
0.25red bell pepper
3 Tbspavocado oil
pepper flakes
¼ cupcorn
1 ½ cupbasmati rice
cooked
1 tspturmeric
salt
pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop garlic, onion, broccoli and bell pepper.
Step 2
Heat up a non stick pan to medium low heat. Add 2 tbsp of oil
Step 3
Cook the garlic and onion for 6-7min. Add crushed pepper flakes.
Step 4
Set the mixture aside. In the same pan add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil. Heat to medium heat.
Step 5
Saute the broccoli and bell pepper for a couple of minutes. Add corn, basmati, rice, turmeric and salt. Add cooked garlic and onions.
Step 6
Saute for 2-3min. Transfer to a plate. Enjoy.
