Instructions
Step 1
Cut the green apple and pear into small cubes and put them in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the balsamic cream and mix.
Step 3
Cut the figs into large pieces and put them in the bowl.
Step 4
Add the olive oil, the dako broken into pieces, pepper, salt and mix.
Step 5
Put the green salad, blue cheese in pieces and mix well.
For Serving
Step 6
Place a pan on high heat to burn.
Step 7
Add the cumin and coriander seeds, the walnuts and mix.
Step 8
Cover with the balsamic cream and let the walnuts caramelize for 2-3 minutes.
Step 9
Remove and set aside to cool.
Step 10
Put the caramelized walnuts on the salad, fragrant and serve.
