Step 1
1. Rinse the rice prior to cooking. Add to a pot of lightly salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet.

2. Fry the salmon for a few minutes on each side with the oil in a pan on a medium to high heat until it is golden. Cook until the center of the fish is opaque and flakes apart easily. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Rinse the asparagus in cold water and remove the ends, which can be tough. Bring a pot to a boil, and add a pinch of salt. Add the asparagus and peas and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes or until tender.
Step 4
4. Plate all the ingredients, top with the parsley and lemon juice, and serve warm.
