Instructions
Step 1
Set oven rack in lowest position and preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease the interior of a 48-ounce ramekin with softened butter. Add the Parmigiano-Reggiano and rotate the ramekin so the cheese sticks to every part of the buttered surface. Put in the refrigerator until ready to use.
