This whole recipe comes together in under 20 minutes . Smoked salmon with cream cheese and feta and herbs all whipped into a creamy mousse teamed with flaky puff pastry and this is heaven

Instructions
Step 1
Into a food processor add cream cheese crumbled feta salmon sour cream chopped chives chopped dill the juice of half a lemon and lots of black pepper . I do not recommend adding salt as the feta and smoked salmon are already salty . Process this until the ingredients are light combined and whipped into a creamy mousse . Refrigerate until using .








Step 2
Preheat oven to 200 c 400 f fan setting then cut circles from the puff pastry . Prick the centre so it doesn’t rise then brush the outer circle with egg wash or milk and bake about 12 minutes or until golden and crispy . Once fully cooked top with the smoked salmon mouse and enjoy
