On prep day :
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a feeezer bag, label it and freeze for max 3 months
On cook day :
Step 2
Thaw overnight in fridge (or quick thaw in cold water in the morning)
Step 3
Add to slow-cooker and cook for 4-6 hours on low
