Step 1
Add chopped apple, brown sweetener, cinnamon, lemon juice and some water to a frying pan. Cook until soft adding more water if needed.
Step 2
Add egg, yogurt, vanilla, oat flour, protein powder, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, sweetener and blend
Step 3
Stir in grated apple
Step 4
Pour into a frying pan, flip
Step 5
For the syrup: brown & white sweetener (blended to make a powder) add drops of milk or water until you reach your desired consistency
