Cinnamon bagels with cashew cream cheese and granola butter

Ingredients

Cinnamon maple bagels
Cinnamon cashew cream cheese
Granola butter
Instructions
Bagels
Step 1
Mix all of the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients
Step 2
Stir and knead for a couple of minutes (it will be a bit sticky at first, but I promise it's not gonna be sticky
Step 3
Make the bath for the bagels by mixing another 1/4 cup of maple syrup with water then put each bagel into the bath for 30 seconds on each side
Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown, flipping halfway through the baking time.
Cream cheese
Step 5
Soak the cashew overnight and then blend with apple cider vinegar and water
Step 6
Transfer into a jar and let it set in the fridge for 3 days to ferment
Step 7
After 3 days add cinnamon and maple syrup
Granola butter
Step 8
Roast the walnuts at 320°F/160°C for 10 minutes
Step 9
Add into a blender along with all of the ingredients and blend with breaks until smooth
Assemble
Step 10
Cut the bagel in half and spread the cream cheese on one half and granola butter on the other
