Instructions
Step 1
Bring enough water to cover pasta to a boil.
Break noodles into large, evenly-sized pieces.
Coarsely chop spinach.
Mince garlic.

Step 2
Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook until al dente.
Drain noodles and set aside
While noodles boil, continue recipe.

Step 3
Place a medium oven-safe skillet over medium heat
Add 1 tsp olive oil and beef to hot pan. Stir often, breaking up meat, until no pink remains.

Step 4
Add spinach, garlic, and half the italian seasoning to hot pan. Stir constantly until spinach is wilted, 30-60 seconds.
Stir in marinara. Remove from burner.

Step 5
Stir noodles into skillet. Top with mozzarella.
Place pan under hot broiler and broil until cheese is melted.
Remove from hot oven.
Garnish with parmesan and remaining italian seasoning.
