Spinach and ricotta pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta.
Step 2
Cook the chicken as desired - in the oven on 200 °C, for 20-25 minutes - in the pan, together with the garlic (see next step)
Step 3
Press the garlic finely and halve the tomatoes. Sauté the garlic with some oil until it becomes translucent. Then, add the tomatoes for a bit.
Step 4
Clean the spinach and remove the thickest stems. Put the spinach and ricotta in a blender, do this bit by bit.
Step 5
Add the spinach sauce to the tomatoes and heat it up. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Add the pasta to the sauce and mix everything well.
Step 7
Serve with some grated Parmesan cheese.
