Ingredients: 1/2 cup rice; 1/2 cup moong daal; 1 tsp oil; 3 star anise; 2 cloves; 3 bay leaves; 1 dried red chilli; 1 tsp rai; 1 tsp jeeru; 1 inch ginger; 3 small green chili chopped; 3 curry leaves; sautee them; 1/2 tsp turmeric; 3/4 onion; 1 potato; 1 tomato; 1/2 cup green peas; 1 carrot; 1 cup cauliflower; add salt; 1 pinch garam masala; 2.5 cups water
