Lemon Garlic Hummus is made with canned garbanzo beans or canned chick peas. Garlic is a huge flavor booster to an otherwise flavorless garbanzo bean or chickpea. Lemon juice also gives hummus a wonderful bright flavor that is absolutely amazing. This very easy hummus could develop into other recipes just by adding a few simple spices or garden fresh ingredients . I love the versatility and the options this recipe has, but most of all I love the fresh, clean flavor the lemon brings to the table. Enjoy!!
