Instructions

Step 1
Tip mushrooms into a bowl, scatter over thyme leaves and garlic powder and season
Step 2
Stir everything together to combine and drizzle over oil and mix again
Step 3
Set air fryer to 200°c
Step 4
Tip mushrooms into basket and cook for 12-15 mins, mixing up halfway through until golden and beginning to crisp
Step 5
A few minutes before the end of cooking, toast the bread and rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil and spoon over the mushrooms
Step 6
Serve with some chopped coriander
