Instructions
Bacon
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2
Lay 4-5 pieces of thick cut bacon on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until desired crunchiness is reached (For a somewhat chewy, cripsy ends bacon, bake for ~ 20 minutes)
Broccoli
Step 3
Wash Broccoli and cut into bite size pieces. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread broccoli evenly across the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil generously, add salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste.
Step 4
Place broccoli on same oven shelf as the bacon. Broccoli and Bacon should both bake for about 20 minutes. Bacon may finish first depending on desired crispiness. Broccoli is done when the tops are beginning to brown.

Boil favorite pasta to desired texture. Save about 1 1/2 cups of pasta water for pan sauce
Cheese Roux
Step 6
In pot used for pasta, melt butter and cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup pasta water and mix. Grate about 1/2 cup parmesan cheese into sauce. Add Wondra to desired thickness. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Serve
Step 7
Combine pasta and cheese roux together. Fold in broccoli and bacon. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
