Step 1
cut the chicken up into bite size pieces

slice onions
Step 3
toss the onions into the pan and add the garlic
Step 4
add the chicken to the pan once the onions start changing colour and add some salt too
Step 5
add 1 L of water with 20g gochujang, the stock cubes and kimchi to the pan
Step 6
let it simmer on low heat for a bit and stir
Step 7
optional but you can add some sweetener if u want
Step 8
cut ur tofu up and toss it in the pan
