Steam Vegetables
Step 1
Steam broccoli and carrots for 5 minutes. It will take some time for the steam to leave the steamer, so the vegetables will steam for about 7 minutes with a 5 minute setting



Season and Cook Beef

Season the ground beef with the garlic and onion powder. Combine thoroughly, and leave in a skillet to brown at low heat
