Step 1
Adjust your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts, cocoa powder, and salt.

Warm the liquid sweetener, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over low heat until melted and combined.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet evenly.
