2. In a non stick pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic, ginger, sugar, oil and sauté until they become soft and translucent.

3. Add the beef, water and marinade to the pan. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the beef is tender and with little water left.

Side dish, in another non stick pot add chili powder, avocado and vegetable, simmer until vegetables are cooked. Serve hot or warm.
Step 5
For beverage, in a kettle boil water and add cocoa powder.
