Step 1
Sauté cabbage and onions in vegan butter and olive oil in a heavy bottom large pot, cover and sweat for 35 minutes

Dice carrots and celery and add

Sweat again on medium for like 30, stirring occasionally
Step 4
Add in parsley, mostly stripped from the stems
Step 5
Add in broth and let stew for an hour

Make sure everything is fully cooked, add additional seasoning to taste.
