Steam frozen mahi in a pan with a little water, 5 minutes on each side
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and oyster sauce together
Step 3
Add minced garlic to a pan and sautee
Step 4
Add ginger and coconut milk and cook until thickened
Step 5
Add chopped green onions and stir
Step 6
Add old sushi rice and sauce
Step 7
Shred mahi and add to pan
Step 8
Optional: top with a fried egg
