Simple and easy meatball recipe which takes into consideration my family’s dietary restrictions. Can’t emphasize enough: adjust seasonings to your preference. This is a guideline, not an iron clad rule.

Ingredients

For the Meatballs

1 lbground beef

2eggs

¼ cupbreadcrumbs

2 clovesgarlic

2 TbspOnion powder
can replace with 1/2 diced yellow onion

2 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 tsporegano
I like oregano

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together all meatball ingredients. Begin boiling water for pasta.
Preheat oven by turning Broil onto high.









Step 2
Form the meatball mixture into balls around 1.5 tbsp in size and place on a baking tray that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
Step 3
Place the meatballs into the oven and cook for around 12 minutes. Begin cooking pasta at this time as well.

Step 4
When there are a couple of minutes left on the meatball timer, begin heating up the marinara sauce

Step 5
Once the meatballs have finished cooking in the oven, add them to the marinara sauce and let sit together for around 5 min or until the meat is fully cooked.
Step 6
Add the pasta, toss, and serve
