steam tofu for 8 min medium high.

stir fry pork til browned, put garlic, ginger, green onion, deglaze with cooking wine.
Step 3
pour in sauce, bring to boil. thicken with corn starch slurry.
Step 4
pour out water from tofu. put pork on tofu. steam on high for another 2min.
