Instructions

Step 1
Bring almond milk to a boil
Step 2
Add oats and reduce heat to low
Step 3
Add cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt
Step 4
Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes to finish cooking

Spray neutral oil on a sauté pan and add maple syrup

Once sizzling, add sliced banana
Step 7
Cook for 5 minutes on each side
Step 8
Place into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts
