Curry Chicken Salad

I made this up myself based on several different recipes. I've been making different versions of this for years, but it's never the same twice. I'm trying to recreate the curry chicken salad sandwich on a croissant that I had many years ago in the cafeteria at the Los Angeles County art museum.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat curry powder in skillet for about a minute to bring out flavor. Do not burn.
Step 2
Dissolve honey in lime juice.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients together.
