Instructions

Step 1
Lets first conduct prep, Cut the vegetables to your prefered sizes ensure the carrot is peeled. Don't forget to crush your garlic.
Step 2
Attempt to butterfly the chicken (Look up guide videos on youtube) once done cut in half and flatten with a pan. proceed to cut it into thin strips, add salt & peper
Step 3
Add the noodles to a pot of boiling water or follow the instructions on the packaging. once cooked it's recommended to run under hot water to prevent it from forming a blob.
Step 4
we start by adding ~15 g of the shreded coconut to a cold pan and warming to medium heat until golden and toasted. remove and set aside
Step 5
Over the same pan lets add oil and the thinly cut chicken into a hot pan until cooked. careful not to over cook it, not to under cook it but burn it. this takes some practice so dont worry if its over done this time! remove from pan and set aside
Step 6
lightly oil the pan again and add all of your vegetables and cook until tender usually with a minor crunch (but not raw still). add the garlic to the pan with the Malaysian powder and cook on medium heat until is fragrant. careful not to burn the seasoning.
Step 7
finish off by adding the chicken back ~1tbs each of soy and water into the mix for ~1 minute on the pan. and now your ready to serve.
