Aubergine Tacos
Instructions

Slice Aubergine thinly
- Add Oil, Soy Sauce and Maple Syrup
- Dip Eggplant into sauce
- Sear Eggplant on the frying pan
Orange Chicken
- Thighs for best flavour
- Cook chicken in pan with oil and Garlic
- When half cooked at juice from an orange - 1/4 of an orange and add soy sauce and some salt, simmer until chicken cooked
Additional - salad on the side to add into the tacos, sesame oil and sesame seeds to add on top and also peri peri mayo for dressing
Side - rice, potato, pasta
