Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook the udon noodles according to the packaging instructions. Reserve some hot liquid for mixing and set aside.
Step 2
2. If you are using frozen udon, place the udon in a microwave-safe bowl and cover it with a microwave-safe lid. Microwave the udon noodles for 2 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, garlic powder, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and chili oil.
Step 4
4. Mix the noodles together, garnish with more sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
