STRAWBERRY & CREAM OVERNIGHT OATS
Serves 2 MF, higher protein
Ingredients:
•2tbs maple syrup or honey
•1 cup milk (I use almond)
•1 cup Oats 80g
•1 small ripe banana 80g
•1/4 greek style yoghurt (60g
i use yopro vanilla)
•30g of strawberry or vanilla protein
White Choc Cream layer:
•20g White chocolate
•1/2 tbs milk
•3 tbs yoghurt 45g
•Strawberries
Method:
-Oats Mix:
Mash banana into a bowl & add yoghurt, maple syrup/ or honey and mix. Add in milk and oats, protein and mix until combined add a drop of pink food colouring or pitaya powder for the pink colour. Place mixture in the fridge to thicken for 5 mins or so while you make the top . Then adjust milk as needed.
-Topping:
melt white choc in a small bowl by microwaving it for 30 seconds, mix until melted. Once melted add milk and stir again until it’s liquid, then add yoghurt and mix.
Now get your oats from the fridge and divide between two bowls. Add your white choc cream layer & decorate with strawberries. Place back in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
