Carrot Cake Baked Oats 🥕🍰
This is such a delicious breakfast or breakfast meal prep idea 🤤
It’s so easy, filling and the flavour is unreal!!
For one serve (1 container):
100g x ripe banana
40g x rolled oats
30g x Vanilla 3 Pillar Protein
1/2 x medium carrot (grated)
10g x chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp x cinnamon
1/2 tsp x baking powder
1/2 tsp x vanilla
1 tsp x maple syrup
1/2 cup x almond milk
Topping:
100g of Chobani fit yoghurt (or any protein yoghurt).
Plus left over crushed nuts and honey (optional).

Step 1
Method:
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius (~350 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a greased oven safe container/baking tray add your banana and mash with a fork. Then add in your remaining ingredients. Give it a good mix until well combined. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes of until golden and firm to touch.
Allow to cool before adding your toppings!
