Chilli Garlic Noodles

I love chilli garlic noodles, and when I discovered that you can make them with shirataki, I was so excited!
In this recipe more than any other I've tried, the result is VERY close to the real thing and here’s how to make it
Ingredients:
Shirataki / konjac noodles
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 spring onion, chopped
6 large prawns
Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp black vinegar
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chilli oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar/erythritol (natural sweetener)
4 dashes of maggi seasoning sauce
Methods:
- rinse the shirataki noodles 5-6 times, then drain
- mix all the sauce ingredients until well combined
- in a frying pan, add a little bit of oil, add garlic and prawn. Stir for 1 minute then add the white part of spring onion and sauce mixture. Add in the shirataki noodles, stir for few minutes until the sauce reduce
- garnish with spring onion and coriander
